Dale Sniffen

Dale is a freelance chef working in the restaurant industry. A particular love for pressure cooking led him to develop a fantastic range of recipes specially for the pressure cooker. Dale also teaches classes in pressure cooking techniques and is developing recipes for food retailers, as well as teaching children through an in-school food and cooking programme.
