Mina Iacono

With a passion for writing spanning over 30 years, this is the second published work for Mina Iacono. The first, an Italian family cookbook featuring a successful café and the real-life stories of an Italian family’s migration, made it to the top 10 of the independent booksellers list. Mina’s interest on the subjects of gratitude and writing to heal grew organically during her own Note to Self experience, and led her to complete Yale University’s most popular class, Psychology and the Good Life, which explores the science of well being. Not only did this course help Mina through her own growth practice but it validated the healing power of Note to Self. Outside of writing, Mina juggles an arsenal of business ventures, blessed with the freedom to explore her passions. She’s the CEO of Mamina, Organised Space and The Letter Writer and is the Founder of Project 12, a pay-it-forward initiative to add sunshine to the lives of under-privileged kids through room makeovers. Mina is married and is mother to a five-year-old girl who is not only her Gift from God (#GG) but also her inspiration. She’s a word wrangler, a thinker of deep thoughts and a chief of faithfulness and sincerity.
