Having worked in the fitness industry for 10 years, he is now on a mission to show people that they can enjoy a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable, without feeling like they're missing out, or on a strict diet.
Richard is obsessed with staying fit and enjoys a range of sports. Some of his proudest fitness achievements to date are completing an Ironman in Cairns, Australia and also the New York marathon, missing the sub-three-hour mark by just 12 seconds (3:00:11).
