Sally Hammond
Sally Hammond has written more than 20 books, including Bamboo: A Journey with Chinese Food, Just a Little Italian, Pardon my French, Playing Chopsticks and Australian Regional Food. She contributes regularly to magazines, television and radio Sally travels mainly with her photographer husband, Gordon, and their shared life has taken them from Fiji to Finland, along the Silk Road in China, and to the Shetland Islands. Theye explored southern Italy, France, India, the Marquesas and Mauritius, Vietnam, Vanuatu, Antarctica and Argentina and so much more.
