Susan Austin
Susan Austin worked for several years in the corporate world, but in an effort to align her working life and her passion for cooking she took on the role of manager for a large, leading retailer of kitchenware in Sydney. Cooking for a young family, Susan rediscovered her freezer and wrote Frost Bite: Everyday food Fresh from the Freezer. Continuing the freezing theme, but with recipes for children and teenagers, Susan wrote her second book Frost Bite: Freezer Recipes for Toddlers to Teenagers
