Spanish Cooking

Miguel Maestre grew up in Murcia in south-east Spain and his childhood memories are of growing up in a large, happy household, and life revolved around cooking and eating. The Spanish people love their food dearly and these recipes are a collection of Miguel's favourites. He shares his culinary traditions, and his experience working in some of the world's best restaurants.
