One of Australia s favourite TV docs, Dr James Wright, known to many Australians as the Merry Medic takes us on a nostalgic journey through his life. From his Depression-era childhood in Wahroonga to his early years as a country doctor. Then onto the exciting media years, first appearing on The Mike Walsh Show on Channel 9, then on Midday with Ray and Midday with Kerri-Anne. Not to mention establishing a solid name for himself in radio on 2UE, as well as writing countless columns for The Sunday Telegraph, Woman s Day, Dolly and The Australian Women s Weekly.
Honest, entertaining and straight to the point, like the doc himself, these colourful stories will give you an insight into an extraordinary career as well as give you something to chuckle about.
