Emma is a degree-qualified nutritionist and former chef, passionate about creating delicious food that supports women’s health. With a special focus on perimenopause and menopause (and hormone balance more broadly), she blends evidence-based nutrition with real-world cooking know-how to help women make changes that actually stick – without perfection, restriction, or joyless ‘diet food’. She’s a Balance app Ambassador, a regular speaker at talks and events and the creator of recipes and health articles around the world.

Jill Keyte, the founder of The Vital You Australia has always had a keen interest in health. After a brush with cancer in 2012, Jill uses a natural regime of healthy food, natural supplements, exercise and mindfulness to keep her well. What Jill has found is, it’s much easier than you think to shop, cook and eat healthily! She now runs her own event management company specializing in creating healthy cooking workshops and weekends for wellness with co-author Emma Ellice-Flint.
