Tasmania may be a small state, but it is a thriving foodie paradise. Local Tasmanian, Ben Milbourne, showcases the amazing food produced here and features it in stunning recipes you can recreate at home.
Travelling around the isle, Ben meets with the owners, farmers, fishermen, chocolatiers and
brewers whose love of fresh, locally made products have established them as purveyors of fine food. The beautiful Tasmanian landscape is as much a part of the Tasmanian food experience as the food and this book features photography from around the island, as well as recipe shots of many of the dishes. With a range of dishes to suit many tastes, tasty food shots and gorgeous landscapes, this book will be just as at home in the kitchen as on your coffee table. Within each category Ben introduces you to his favorite Tasmanian producers with whom he has developed friendships; the producers that he believes are indicative of Tasmanian values.
