Rachel McGlashan is used to cooking outdoors and anywhere - wherever her husband Alistair is out for a catch. Chapters include Light Bites, a special section called Barbie, Boat or Beach, and Fishy Fun and Picnics. Rachel is a real fisherman?s wife. Every night her husband Al McGlashan brings home fish, and more fish, for her to cook for the family. She fishes with him too, and so they eat fish five nights a week. Rachel has created a sumptuous menu for every night using the freshest seafood. All types of meals are covered in this stunningly photographed book.
Rachel was born in Melbourne and her background was in teaching and retail management. She is married to Al (Alistair) McGlashan, well known Sydney fisherman, and whilst she has contributed to his books - Complete Fishing Bible and How To Catch Fish And Cook It - this is her first book written under her own name. Rachel lives in Sydney with Al and their two sons.
